Ratih Luhur is a multi-award-winning communications and digital strategist with more than 25 years of experience delivering large-scale, high-impact community engagement initiatives across industry sectors, cultural institutions, and not-for-profit organizations. Her work sits at the intersection of strategic communications, cybersecurity awareness, digital innovation and design aesthetic —helping organizations translate complex ideas into accessible, actionable public engagement strategies.

Ratih has collaborated with the City of Sydney, the Powerhouse Museum, and the Australian Embassy in Jakarta on major public engagement and cultural exchange initiatives. Following the success of her 2025 Lunar New Year commission Charming Prosperity, Ratih was awarded the 2026 civic commission The Fire Horse, a large-scale public artwork celebrating the blessings of a fulfilled life.

Consistently recognized as the top graduate in her cohorts, Ratih holds a Master of Multimedia Design (Hons) and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Sydney, a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business from Columbia Business School, and executive training in Cybersecurity Risk Management from Harvard University.
